My journey into the heart of real estate development began far from the construction sites and architectural plans that fill my days now. With a degree in personal finance from The Ohio State University, I embarked on a career in investment management. This foundation in finance, and investment management at a large financial firm was more than just a job; it was a masterclass in identifying value, managing risk, and envisioning long-term growth.

In 2015, within the modest confines of a residential condominium unit, my path took a pivotal turn. It wasn’t merely a venture into renovation but a leap into the world of real estate development and construction. I'm Scott Jebbia, the heart and soul behind New Horizons Real Estate Development LLC. My early experiences, analyzing markets and investments, became the bedrock for a new vision: to uncover and elevate the hidden potential in undervalued properties.

That first project lit a flame of passion for transformation and storytelling through spaces. I realized that each forgotten property wasn't just a building but a narrative waiting to unfold. My dedication to bringing these stories to life has propelled New Horizons to steward over 10 acres of land in burgeoning areas, a testament to our belief in the promise of renewal and community.
